Mata no Madh is a village in Lakhpat Taluka of Kutch district in Gujarat state. Mata no madh temple is found 138 kilometers from the city of Bhuj and dedicated to Goddess Ashapura. This temple was built in 14th century by Ajo and Anagor, two karad Vaniyas. The temple was damaged in earthquake in 1819. Then temple was rebuilt by Sundarji Shivji and Mehta Vallabhaji in 1823.
