Kevadia, the small town of Narmada district of Gujarat holds great importance in world map due to world’s tallest statue, Statue of Unity. The 182 meter high statue of Shree Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron man and first home minister of India, is built here between the Vindhyachal and Satpuda ranges in sacred river Narmada. You can reach to Kevadia via Vadodara which is major junction lies on Mumbai Delhi Western mainline. Also Kevadia has now newly built railway station which is India’s first railway station with green certificate.
