Sayla also called `Bhagat-no-Gaum' is taluka place of Surendra Nagar district and well know for Hindu and Jain Temples. Lalji Maharaj ni Jagya is well known spiritual centre at Sayala after whom sayla named as Bhagat nu Gam. Sayla is the head quarter of famous spiritual organisation, Shree Raj Saubhag Ashram follow the path shown by Mahavir Swami.
Temple of Lord Shree Ram and Lalji Maharaj also famous as Sayala Bhagat Temple is higly sacred and very popular divine place in locals. Lalji Maharaj was born at Sindhavadar near Wankaner, the first Spiritual Guru, thus temple and place named after him. Temple is associated with various social, religious activity including facilities like Bhojanalaya and Dharmshala within temple complex.
Sayala is also famous for its beautiful Patoda – Sari same like the Patoda of Patan where Sare are woven using dyed threads both vertically and horizontally to create the design. Another attraction are Darbargadh, the historic palace and The Old Bell Guest House.
