About : Jainism is a very old Indian religion. their spiritual ideas and history through a succession of twenty-four victorious saviours and teachers known as tirthankaras . Rishabhanatha is the first tirthankara out of 24. The last two tirthkara are Parshvanath and Mahavir. During 6th century BCE, Mahavir become the most influential teachers of Jainism. Jainism is co-existed with Buddhism and Hinduism in ancient India.

Believe: Ahinsa is fundamental belief of Jainism

Way of Life: vegetarian lifestyle that avoids harm to animals and their life cycles

God: Mahavir Swami.

Place of Worship: Jain Derasar.

Sacred Text: Tattvartha Sutra and Uttaradhyayana Sutra

Sacred Place: Puranakshetra , Atishayakshetra, Palitana

Various Panth: The main two groups are Digambar and Svetambara

Major Festival: Paryushana and Daslakshana, Mahavir Janma Kalyanak, and Dipawali
