About Gomati Sangam, Dwarka, Gujarat
Gomati Sangam is spot where the river Gomati meets the Arabian Sea. Gomti Ghaat is situated at the mouth of the holy River Gomati which merges with the Arabian Sea at the Chakratirtha Ghat. It is believed that one has to take a holy dip in the river before visiting the Lord Krishna temple. It is being said that Gomati is branch of Holy River Ganga for Hindu.
There are various Ghaat built on the Gomati River Dwarka. These are Sangam Ghat, Narayana Ghat, Vasudev Ghat, Gau Ghat, Parvati Ghat, Brahma Ghaat, Murdhan Ghaat, Sarkari Ghaat, Ganga Ghaat, Hanuman Ghaat, Narayana Bali Ghaat, and Gomati Sangam Ghaat.
